Bears lead Packers 3-0 after first quarter

Chicago won the coin toss and opted to start with possession. Justin Fields made an 18-yard pass to Equanimeous St. Brown, advancing the ball to the Green Bay 26. However, the momentum shifted when Lukas Van Ness sacked Fields, resulting in a 6-yard loss on the subsequent play.


Facing third-and-13, Karl Brooks swiftly tackled Khalil Herbert for a 3-yard loss on a screen pass. Cairo Santos managed to score a 50-yard field goal, bouncing it off the left upright and giving the Bears a 3-0 lead with 8 minutes and 54 seconds remaining in the first quarter.

Later, on third-and-6, Jordan Love skillfully evaded a blitz from Chicago and connected with Aaron Jones, completing a 7-yard pass. Love's momentum continued as he found Dontayvion Wicks on a double-move, resulting in an 18-yard gain and crossing midfield.
